The Milwaukee Business Journal (8/3, Smith,
Subscription Publication) reported, "Garden Fresh Foods Inc. of Milwaukee,
a maker of packaged pasta salads and chicken salads, is recalling 13,600 pounds
of products that contain onions possibly contaminated by the bacterium
Listeria." The piece noted, "Last week, the FDA released a statement
on the release urging consumers who have bought the products to return them to
the place of purchase for a full refund. The FDA also provides a complete list
of brands that may contain the onions in the release."
